Hi, I’m Becky — welcome to Sage & Sound.
This is my little corner of earth and spirit: teas and herbs, small-batch body and ritual goods, and healing sessions when you’re ready to slow down and reconnect.
In the shop you’ll find botanicals, balms, scrubs, resins, and other offerings from my home apothecary. I also offer angel light healing, sound meditation, fire ceremony, and pop-ups near the Dunes. There’s always something new budding — maybe cozy blankets down the road.
I believe healing starts within. Nature, intuition, and sound are simply gentle guides back to balance, peace, and your own light.
